Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package's progress.

International Shipping (New Zealand)

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. New Zealand orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the shipping cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or your package hasn't moved in an unusual amount of time, contact us at evaniiaau@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
